Privacy Policy

We adhere to GDPR. The only reason we collect any personal data is to provide you with service. We are serious about user privacy, so no personal data is collected for marketing purposes.

Only basic information about the workspace, public channels, user groups, and users is collected. Honestbot doesn't have access to workspace messages.

When you uninstall Honestbot, all data about your Slack workspace is immediately removed from our database. Subscription status and receipts are preserved. Backups are retained for 30 days only.

Stored data are encrypted and protected by highly secure infrastructure preventing unauthorized access. EU is the only place where we store personal data.

We employ a minimal number of sub-processors. All of them are GDPR compliant.

As an individual, your data is only collected when you sign in on the Settings page. Precisely it's only your name and account type. It's discarded immediately when you sign out or when you are signed out automatically after 1 day of your inactivity. When in doubt, contact support.

We reserve our right to change this Privacy Policy in the future. Your continued use of Honestbot will constitute deemed acceptance of our updated Privacy Policy.
